Our new websites have launched 🚀
For a long time now, we’ve been aware of a need to upgrade our websites. The design was outdated, the user experience for our communities wasn’t suitably positive or helpful, and the websites were not reflective of Caspian One in 2018. We knew a change was required...
This July we’re pleased to announce the release of three brand new websites under the Caspian One banner - redesigned with our candidates and clients needs at the forefront. This includes;
dedicated to our global financial technology services.
uniquely tailored for our Canada operations.
providing our broadcast team with their own separate identity.
For us as a business, this is both an exciting and defining moment as we now have the tools and capabilities to represent Caspian One online, whilst truly meeting the needs of our communities.
It also comes at a time of tremendous change across our entire organisation, with new technologies, software, evolutions and so-on. We’ll discuss this more in upcoming articles - (subscribe above to receive our latest news).
From speaking with people across our network and conducting thorough market research at the start of the project, we learnt that our websites needed to;
- Offer quick access to, and easy navigation of our latest vacancies - along with a straightforward application process.
- Answer questions people have about Caspian One - from the basics of who we are to specifics around our approach, processes, sectors, disciplines, and so-on.
- Provide visitors with access to our knowledge and experience - through blogs, guides and news articles, discussing our latest activities, advice, and the markets we’re a-part of.
- Make it easy to learn about and connect with our individual consultants - each specialising in specific business areas and technologies.
- Create a clarity between our FinTech and Broadcast brands - an important aspect both for our internal teams and external contacts.
With these requirements in mind, we began the process of pulling apart every aspect of our digital presence and brand; forcing us to ask big questions about who we are and take a deep, detailed look all aspects of the business. The result is a collection of Caspian one designed websites which we feel, meet demands set whilst also offering flexibility as we continue to grow.
The project took just over 6 months to bring to life, led by the internal team of COO Cathy Edbrooke, and Marketing Manager Matthew Payne - along with signification Director-level input from Lee Barnett, Marcus Graziano and Dominic Bennett. Throughout the process, we were mindful of ensuring all members of the business had a voice, along with opportunities for input. In particular, thanks go to Managers Adam Vipond, Phil Staples, Danielle Gray, Phil Hodgetts and Justin Carpenter for their assistance and support.
We were fortunate to partner with a collection of fantastic external suppliers, including the highly reputable, Robert Woodford - themarketingjunction.co.uk. A special thanks also goes to copywriters Ann-Marie Corvin and Jonathan Staines, along with everyone from our networks that contributed to the success of this project.
