Since joining Caspian One in February 2014 I've learned a great deal about providing 360 recruitment within the UK FinTech market; and have developed strong relationships in a highly competitive industry. To achieve this and succeed as a recruiter I feel it's important to understand the real needs of candidates and provide them with a genuine approach. If I don't think the role is a relevant fit, I will tell them straight - as I can then help them to find their 'right' role. I believe the amount we care for clients and candidates sets us apart from alternative recruiters - seeing candidates as people, not CV's - and building relationships that last.
For me, recruitment is about helping people develop in their careers, whilst also building long-lasting relationships - be that with contractors, a permanent placement or hiring managers. This means not simply placing CV's, but having a real invested understanding of what candidates need and clients want. I'm confident in my abilities and know that anyone I've worked with in the past would openly use me again in the future.
