At Caspian One, we recognise our responsibility to minimise our environmental impact and actively work toward sustainable business practices. As an office-based organisation, we understand our operations influence the environment through energy consumption, paper usage, waste production, and travel. This Green Policy outlines our commitments and the steps we are taking to promote sustainability and environmental awareness across all levels of the business.

    We comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations, ensuring our operations meet or exceed required standards. This includes adherence to the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and other applicable laws that govern workplace environmental responsibility.

    4. Waste Reduction and Recycling 

    • Recycling stations are provided in our offices to separate waste effectively 

    • We aim to reduce single-use plastics and encourage reuse of materials whenever feasible 

    • Paperless workflows are promoted to minimise paper usage and reduce waste 

    5. Sustainable Travel 

    • Business travel is limited to essential purposes, prioritising remote meetings where possible to reduce our carbon footprint 

    • Employees are encouraged to choose sustainable commuting methods, including cycling, carpooling, public transport, or hybrid and electric vehicles 

    6. Sustainable Procurement 

    We work with suppliers who align with our commitment to sustainability. Wherever possible, we select partners and vendors who demonstrate environmentally conscious practices, reducing the overall footprint of our supply chain. 

    • Operational Adjustments: Our office operations are designed to be mindful of energy and resource use. For instance, employees are encouraged to work remotely or adopt hybrid working schedules to reduce commuting impacts 

    • Digital Transformation: We leverage digital tools to replace paper-based processes and reduce physical waste 

    • Employee Involvement: We encourage all team members to participate in waste reduction, recycling, and energy-saving initiatives to build a collective commitment to environmental sustainability
