Support Peter Kiddle & His Family
At Caspian One, we take care of our own. Pete has been a friend, mentor, and leader to so many, and now, we stand by him and his family through this difficult journey.
Let’s come together, support Pete, and show him just how much he means to all of us.

If you’ve worked at Caspian One, chances are the first person you met was Pete Kiddle. Whether he was interviewing you, guiding you through onboarding, or just cracking a joke in the office, Pete made sure everyone felt welcome.
For nearly a decade, Pete was at the heart of our team - his humour, warmth, and unwavering support making Caspian One more than just a workplace. He was the guy you could turn to, whether you needed career advice, a listening ear, or just someone to make you laugh. His legendary banter even earned him the unofficial title of “Best Banter Champion” for seven years running - a title he defended with absolute pride.
Pete has always been the first to step up for others. Now, it’s our turn to step up for him.

In July 2024, on a regular workday at Caspian One, Pete suffered a sudden and unexpected cardiac arrest. He collapsed at the office without warning. Thanks to the quick actions of our team, who performed CPR, and the fast response of emergency services, Pete survived and was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
He fought hard, and after days in intensive care, he stabilised. But the cardiac event caused serious complications. A large blood clot had damaged his heart, which in turn led to a spinal stroke, resulting in permanent loss of movement in his legs. Pete also suffered a traumatic brain injury, affecting his short-term memory and cognitive function.
Doctors have confirmed that Pete will not be able to return to work, and his future remains uncertain. He will require long-term specialist care, rehabilitation, and significant lifestyle adjustments to support both his health and his family.

Pete has been a pillar of support for so many of us. Now, we want to do the same for him.
This fundraiser is about securing the financial stability of Pete and his family. With his condition preventing him from working, there are significant long-term costs for specialist care, rehabilitation, and home adjustments.
Rather than setting up multiple small fundraisers, we are launching one centralised campaign - a year-long effort to ensure Pete and his family get the support they need, no matter what the future holds.
Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly towards Pete’s ongoing care and his family’s future.
