When creating Caspian One, Directors Marcus Graziano and Lee Barnett set out to build a company that stood apart from the negative hiring practices witnessed throughout their careers.

In 2010, RBC UK highlighted certain challenges concerning their HQ expansion in Toronto. Success in securing these technical skillsets led to the creation of Caspian One North America – a team now embedded within Toronto’s ‘Big Five’ banks, whilst also meeting growing demands in Montreal for emerging tech capabilities.
