Our consultants are considered to be 360° recruiters, but what does that mean in practice?

It's complete ownership and responsibility for their own success. How far they progress, how much money they make, how reputable they become - to what markets, technologies and clients they onboard, and what personal brand they develop. All of this and more is determined by each consultant and limited only by their personal ambition and motivation.

Your career path

Most people join us as a Candidate Consultant (CC) or Recruitment Consultant (RC).

Experience, success and attitude will lead you to Senior Recruitment Consultant (SRC), Principal Consultant (PC) and Senior Principal Consultant (SPC) positions; with associated growth in salary, commission and benefits.

At this stage you have a choice - pursue a team management career or develop as a specialist in a niche market area. Either option leads to a Business Manager (BM) title next, rewarded based on tenure, proven capabilities and the significant impact you have. For the client path, there is also a Senior Business Manager position (SBM).

Long term you can progress and ultimately, reach Associate Director (AD) status.

In all cases each stage is clearly defined and achievable - with everyone from the Directors to individual Managers in your corner, helping you to go far. Ultimately, a fantastic career is achievable if you equal our investment in you.

Financial rewards

At Caspian One you’ll start on a competitive industry base salary, aligned with your experience and the applied to position.

Uncapped commission is available to all consultants and leaders; but we stress there is a learning curve. High income results, realistically, take time to achieve - as you need to develop a network, nurture new relationships, learn your craft and grow a client base.

This is a career, not a short-term win. But, for those people that commit and apply themselves the financial returns can be massive and life changing!

Flexibility

We recognise that a better work-life balance improves staff motivation, performance and productivity. Therefore we want to support you to achieve a better balance between work and your other priorities - such as leisure activities, care responsibilities, further learning and other interests.

Covid-19 required us to adjust our working arrangements and develop flexible 'from home' remote work options for employees. From 2020 staff work two days in office (set hours) and then work standard contracted hours from home, with further flexibility is available if needed.
